League data and service data.
Public FPL information
When a league is opened or commentary is requested, Fantasy Pundit may retrieve and store its public league ID, league name, manager and team names, standings, Gameweek scores, rank movement, player picks and related public FPL snapshots. This is used to identify the league and write factual weekly commentary.
Commentary and sharing
We store written commentary, headlines, supporting facts and share identifiers so a Gameweek can be reopened and shared. Anyone with a published league or share link may be able to view that material.
Requests and reliability
Like most websites, Fantasy Pundit receives timestamps, the page requested, browser or client information and a network address. To prevent abuse, we keep a shortened one-way version of that address for up to 48 hours; the original address is not stored in that record. Reliability logs avoid raw prompts, manager names, team names and league search text.
League search cache
A league-name search temporarily caches its normalized query, result page and public result set for up to 15 minutes. This reduces repeat requests to FPL and expires automatically.
What the browser remembers.
Fantasy Pundit uses local browser storage to remember useful product state such as recently opened leagues, an active request, locally saved commentary and whether an app-install prompt was dismissed. This stays in that browser until it is cleared or replaced. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls.
Who helps deliver it.
Fantasy Pundit runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Depending on service configuration, commentary may be processed by Google Gemini or OpenAI. Optional voice generation may use Inworld, Google Gemini or ElevenLabs. These providers receive only the information required to perform the requested generation and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments.
If you connect Fantasy Pundit to ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client, that client also processes your prompts and tool results under its own privacy terms. Fantasy Pundit does not control how a third-party assistant stores your chat.
Stories last longer than audio files.
Written commentary and the public league snapshots behind it may be kept through the season so earlier Gameweeks still open. Abuse-prevention records are cleaned up automatically. Optional audio is normally kept for up to 14 days and may disappear sooner when capacity requires it.
Do not submit or share a league if its public names contain information you do not want repeated in commentary.
Questions, corrections or removal.
You can ask about information associated with a league, report a factual or safety issue, or request removal of a published Fantasy Pundit commentary by emailing gaffer@fantasypundit.lol. Include the league URL, Gameweek and the page or share URL involved. We may need reasonable information to verify and action the request. Public FPL source data may remain available from FPL independently of Fantasy Pundit.

We may update this page as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest published revision. Material changes will be reflected here before or when they take effect.
