Using Fantasy Pundit.
By using Fantasy Pundit you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not request, connect to or redistribute Fantasy Pundit output. The person submitting a league is responsible for making sure its use is lawful and appropriate.
What is being offered.
Fantasy Pundit uses public Fantasy Premier League data and generative models to produce entertainment commentary. Each public league and completed Gameweek is intended to have one written roast. Asking again may return the same commentary. Optional audio uses the published words when capacity is available.
The service is account-free and currently offered without charge. Features, providers, limits and availability may change, pause or end. Text generation, audio capacity and third-party FPL data are not guaranteed to be available at a particular time.
The roast has boundaries.
Fantasy Pundit is written as sporting humour between people who know one another. It may criticise decisions, recall past results and exaggerate for comic effect. AI-generated commentary can still be incomplete, inaccurate or land badly. It is entertainment, not a statement of fact about anyone’s character.
- Only submit public leagues you are entitled to access and share.
- Do not use the service to target, threaten, harass or discriminate against someone.
- Do not place sensitive personal information in league, manager or team names.
- Review commentary before forwarding it beyond the people and context it was made for.
Play fair with the service.
Do not bypass usage controls, overload the service, probe for secrets, interfere with other users, submit malicious instructions through public names, misrepresent Fantasy Pundit output as human journalism, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights. Automated clients must respect the documented API and MCP contracts and any published rate limits.
Made to be sent around.
You may link to and share published Fantasy Pundit commentary for ordinary personal and league use, including through messaging apps and social platforms. Do not remove branding in a misleading way, sell the service or output as your own product, or imply endorsement by Fantasy Pundit, the Premier League or another rights holder.
Fantasy Pundit’s product, code, design, branding and original editorial system remain protected by their applicable rights. FPL data, club names, competition marks and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
No VAR for generated copy.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Fantasy Pundit disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, missed availability, third-party services, decisions made from generated output, or offence caused by sharing commentary outside its intended context. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fantasy Pundit is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, its clubs, OpenAI, Anthropic or any model or voice provider referenced by the product.
